RETURN & REFUND POLICY

14-Day Return Window We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Products must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Exception: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping costs

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and address
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable method

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges)

  • Personalized or custom-made items
    • These items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Product from suppliers with no return policies

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Personal care products (massage candles, bath bombs, bath oils, skincare items, makeup)
  • Wellness products (aromatherapy balms, yoga mat cleaners, personal care items)
  • Intimate or body contact items (once packaging is opened)
  • Perishable goods

Note: Unopened items in original sealed packaging may still be eligible for return within the 14-day window (excluding final sale items).

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Certain products in our store are marked as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are clearly identified on the product page with a "Final Sale" label before purchase.

Final Sale items include:

  • Products from select suppliers with no-return policies
  • Clearance or deeply discounted items
  • Limited edition or discontinued products

Important:Β Even though Final Sale items cannot be returned for change of mind, we still stand behind the quality of all our products. If a Final Sale item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at thebreemarket@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

How to identify Final Sale items:

  • Look for the "Final Sale" badge on the product page
  • Check the product description for "Final Sale - No Returns" notice
  • All Final Sale items are clearly marked before you add them to your cart

Damaged or Defective Items: If any item (including personalized or final sale items) arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
